Stars DIY Wind Chime Craft Kit

Stars is a fluorescent chime to be created on the theme of space: bells, wooden beads and illustrated cones are strung on the waxed cotton threads that attach to the supplied stand. When you move the threads, the chime tones pleasantly and, in the dark, it lights up!
